The children in our After School Program and Spring/Summer/Winter Camps get an interactive experience in a safe environment. U.S.A Tae Kwon Do University offers older teens and adults a traditional step by step and organized training. It is designed to give students, ages 18 and over and includes a comprehensive fitness program with overall self-improvement. This program is catered for the adult community and focuses on techniques/terminology, kukkiwon forms, Olympic sparring, conditiong exercises, and self-defense.
