In March, a friend and I found a Groupon for Ilovekickboxing and we decided to give it a try. In general, I have a hard time engaging with exercise and fitness classes but I have to say this class is awesome! The coaches are great; they look out for you checking your form and making sure you don’t get hurt. Rather than pushing you, they encourage you to expand your limit in order to reach your goals and help you realize what you are capable of. They give out clear instructions and there are 3 different levels of the same exercise so everyone can do them. The vibe in the class is great too. There is a lot of positive energy, everyone is very friendly. On top of that, it has been a great place to release stress and unwind from a long day at work. I am now a member and couldn't be happier! I would totally recommend this place.

Not like your typical school, it's full of energy the moment you walk in the door. Everyone is super nice and ready to help if you need it. I highly recommend taking at least the intro classes to see what it's all about. If you don't have fun and sweat, you are probably doing it wrong!

In addition to being the premiere Martial Arts school in AZ, students and parents/families are challenged to become the best versions of themselves by excellent instruction that sets them up to succeed. TKD based system appreciates tradition but is not bound by it, many other MA and self defense styles are taught at USA Martial Arts. The Martial Arts training and lessons I've learned here have helped me physically, personally, and professionally. If you think you are too busy to do Martial Arts, you are missing a great opportunity.

The instructors are great with the kids. This is the best place to train in the area.
I've been attending ILoveKickboxing classes at USA Martial Arts for a few years, at first on and off and then in the past 6 months a few times a week. I was intimidated by the fitness level of some attendees and the fast pace of the class at first, but what's nice is the coaches encourage you to work at your own level, offering different variations of the same move. Now I'm much more fit and confident--focused on what my body can do, rather than how it looks. The class is fun too, it's something I look forward to.
