I just sign up 2 months ago. So far so good. Everyone here is well trained and it is very much like family. From the very first day. The instructors (yes, more than one) came over and spoke to me, and introduced some of the other students. I take a private lesson once a week and 1 group class. On my 1st group class and instructor stayed with me the whole time while another instructor taught the class. I thought this was great. the reason why I went there is because they have been in business for 30+ years and one of there guys was in the newspaper for winning a world boxing title, (they have several world title holders in kickboxing, karate and boxing) as well as they came highly recommended by my neighbor. Derrick on Saturday teaches an awesome class.

This is a great school. The school open in 1983. It has a very dedicated staff of qualified Black Belts. whether you wish you become an athlete or just want to get into great shape this is the place. you can get a private lesson included with your enrollment as well as all the group classes. The value is tremendous. I've trained in several places over the years and by far this is the best (not the cheapest, but the best value) and the Instruction is top notch. . . . . Give it a try and see!
