Aikido: The Art of Peace
An internal and relational study of peace within yourself and in the world.
The reconciliation of disharmonious relational interactions whether physical, mental, or emotional can be studied in a somatic process that provides physical movement, relational encounters, and internal practices designed to re-regulate residuals of trauma, expand vision and clarity, and deepen self-awareness.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Two Rivers Aikido / Braided Way Peace Collective:
Monday: 4-5 Aiki Kids (ages 7-13), 7-8:30 pm Adults (all levels train)
Wednesday: 4-5 pm Aiki Kids, 7-8:30 pm Adults (all levels train)
Thursday: 7-8 pm Adults, In motion (no technical instruction)
Friday: 10:30-11:30 am Heart of Aikido (Principles and Practices)
