Programs & Class Schedule

We teach traditional Tae Kwon Do based on five tenets: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit. We are non-traditional because we have no headmaster; we are a non-profit organization run by a board of directors. All of our instructors are volunteers.

Two Rivers has been providing Tae Kwon Do instruction through the Southeast Polk Community Education program since our inception in 1998. With increasing numbers of students in our family-friendly program, we have relocated to a new location in order to provide our students with greater class availability, more instructors, and more individualized attention.

Family members may train together regardless of age. We recommend students be at least 7 years old, but will consider 5 or 6 year old students who can pay attention for an hour-long class.

There are no joining fees, no annual fees, no contracts, and our prices are 30% to 50% lower than most other schools. Family discounts are also available.

Class Schedule:
Monday: 6:30 PM-7:30 PM
Tuesday: 6:30 PM-7:30 PM
Wednesday: 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
Thursday: 6:30 PM-8:00 PM
