Twin Dragons MMA offers instruction in Jiujitsu, Hapkido, Taekwondo, Boxing, Kickboxing, and Conditioning. Our focus is primarily self-defense with some attention to tournament/competition styles. We offer free intro-classes to first-time members, low month-to-month tuition, no contracts, and no start-up fees.
Mr Darryl Gallardo and Ms Denah Butts opened Twin Dragons MMA in Camarillo in March 2009. Mr Darryl has been training in martial arts for nearly 30 years. He earned his 2nd dan black belt in Hapkido/Taekwondo under the guidance of Grandmaster Jong Hak Yi. However, his styles are highly varied having also studied Muay Thai, Judo, Jiujitsu, and more. Ms Denah will soon be testing for her red belt in Hapkido/Taekwondo (April 2012) and is training in BJJ. She has been training for nearly 5 years primarily under the guidance of Mr Darryl with constant influence from other instructors in various arts.
