I have been at the school for a month and have signed up again. I love the classes. I am not physically fit and was worried I wouldn't be able to keep up with the work outs. That's ok, you can take a break, do what your body lets you do. SiFu is very knowledgeable and has studied for 30 plus years. His wife SiMo is great. Love how she explains each move. The students as well as SiFu and SiMo are very encouraging. I encourage others to at least try a couple classes and hopefully sign up. Children classes are also available. I actually love watching them. They get so excited. It really is a great family activity. Reasonably priced as well.
