I have trained with instructor Paul Helsdon for many years now and he is a fantastic martial artist with a well rounded and constantly expanding set of skills and knowledge. Instructor Susan Helsdon is equally skilled and her day job as a teacher makes her a natural instructor for both children and adults alike. I am so happy that they have started their own school and both of my children will be attending True Balance Karate when they are old enough to start.
