True Balance Karate Institute is an all-encompassing family based martial arts facility located in Downers Grove at 406 ogden.We focus on the instruction of the traditional Korean art of Tang Soo Do. We offer over 25 years of combined martial arts experience in various styles and instruction methods.

Classes are avaliable for ages from 4-104. We offer a kids program tailerd to the needs of small children. We also offer a family class were the parants can train with their kids. We also offer an adult only class. "Let our family teach yours"
