Programs & Class Schedule

Martial Arts (Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, Karate)
Age 2-5: Fridays 3:00-4:00pm
Age 5-10: Monday-Friday, 4:30-5:10pm or 6:20-7:15pm. Saturday 10-11am.
Age 11-15: Mon-Fri, 5:20-6:10, 6:20-7:15pm. Saturday 10-11am.
Adults: Mon-Fri, 7:15-8:15, Saturday 9-10am.

Kickboxing: Mon, Wed, Fri 8:15pm to 9:15pm. Saturday 8-9am.

Sparring various times throughout day.
