I was visiting family in Harrison, and a trusted friend recommended Troy. I couldn't be more grateful that she pointed me in his direction. Troy knows the techniques without question, but beyond that, he's a great teacher - something that can't be taught. I worked with him and Emil almost daily and could not get enough. Troy answered my endless questions, and even though I was there only a short time, he expanded my understanding and I'm a better, more rounded fighter because of it. I can't thank him enough, and believe me, any time I'm in the area, I'll be on the mats with Troy. No question.
