Programs & Class Schedule
Everything we do is Self Defense! We are the ONLY school in the State of Florida certified by the Law Enforcement Tactical Training Institute (based out of Ohio) to teach defensive tactics and combatives. Many of our students, past and present, have been Law Enforcement Officers, Corrections Officers and/or Security Personnel. In fact our headmaster, Kaiso Bret Gordon, currently works in private security and Executive Protection (bodyguarding). Our training is geared to be effective in that environment, based on real world experience.
While our program is based in classical martial arts, we pride ourselves on offering the most realistic self defense training around! All of our classes are designed to push the student physically, mentally and psychologically in order to address what really happens during an attack. We teach not only physical techniques and counter attacks, but how to control and overcome the body's natural responses to being attacked (increased heart rate, adrenaline surge, etc.). This is done through instruction in not just one style of martial arts but TWO! All of our students learn both martial arts simultaneously to provide a well-rounded and complete training experience.
