Train's Wing Chun Kung Fu

Sifu Garner Train is the direct student of Ip Ching who is Ip Man's son the teacher of Bruce Lee. Traditional Wing Chun (Ving Tsun) is taught. That includes the three forms Sil Lim Tau, Chum Kiu, and Biu Ge. The Mok Jong, (Wooden Dummy) Lim Don Boon Kwon ( The Pole) and Bart Jum Do (Knives). Extensive training in Chi Sau (Sticky Hands). Sifu Train is a former Police Officer and retired from the Prosecuting Attorneys's Office and has traveled nation wide teaching law enforcement and military personal.
