I was looking to train BJJ after a > 8 year absence from martial arts due to an injury. Master Wil Horneff is an excellent instructor, the school members are incredibly friendly and welcoming, classes are well taught, I never feel that I am left behind even though I am a newb. In addition, Master Wil has set up amble opportunity to review the techniques he teaches, as you have access to instructional videos with detailed instructions about the moves. As an example of his teaching style, just go to you tube, put in training grounds BJJ and see for yourself related to how clear he makes the techniques, breaks them down, gives you all the possible mistakes and corrects them. A great experience!!!
