Completely Original and Unique to the Area and is the Real Deal

This school teaches real world defense techniques. This school is hard and definitely not a buy your belt program. The instructors use a variety of ways to teach and offer options for one or all to choose from for training. I am a current student with no prior training and yes its nerve racking facing and training with skilled class mates but they are cool people willing to teach and work with me to become better at my craft...All in all, this place is the real deal...I am currently enrolled in the Competitive Striking, 1 2 3 HIT, VAJ and when I get my nerve up, I attempt the Cardio Class
