Programs & Class Schedule
Classes are available to tiny tots (4 – 6), youth (7 – 14), and adults (15 and over). Within age groups classes are further filtered by competency (beginner, intermediate, and advanced). No contracts are required and there are multi family member discounts available.
Classes last on average 60 minutes, except for the tiny tots which are 45 minutes. More spirited classes might last a little longer. Coordination Drills – kicking, punching, blocking, kata (prearranged sequence of movements that demonstrate kicking, punching, blocking, etc.)
