Instructor has lived and studied in China, Taiwan and Japan for many years. Classes are small and you get personal attention. Everyone is helpful. Classes are small. I have been studying for 8 months. Wished I would have known sooner. Call the number, come by for a visit and see if its for you. If you are looking for a school where you wear protective gear and you knock the snot of each other may want to look elsewhere. If you want to learn an art knowing you have the ability then this may be for you. Remember this is an internal school. There are no exercises for breaking wood, punching bags, sit-ups or leg lifts, etc. Yes, weapons are taught as well. Instructor has also written many books which you may find helpful after you have studied awhile.

This class is very good. The instructor teaches traditionally and respectfully. We practice everything, then/and lightly spar for application (we do not strike one another). We do indeed have all ages and genders. There are two sections, but personally I do both. I could keep writing but come see for yourself. Come with an empty cup!
