Being an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer, Thomas can relate the health, wellbeing, and positive growth potentials of these ancient Mind/Body schools in a way that is unique and relevant to each person regarding their individual goals and needs. His primary focus and passion is Traditional Yang Taijiquan (Tai Chi Boxing) with a unique perspective as a continuing student of Mei Zhong Taiji founder Miriam Holland of Atlanta and as a “Disciple” or “Dizi” of 5th generation lineage-head Master Cui Zhongsan of Beijing, China.
