Tracy's Kenpo Karate is offering the BEST in self defense instruction in Sunbury and the surrounding area. Over 1000 schools nationwide teach the Tracy's system of Kenpo. Private lessons are what sets Tracy's apart from other schools. At Tracy's if one family member joins, the rest join for free.
Kenpo Karate is a system that is based on effective self defense using strikes, blocks, kicks,and grappling. The instructors use a format called " techniques " to teach the students ways to react to any given attack senerio. Forms or katas are taught to teach the student balance, coordination, and application to the moves that are a trademark to Kenpo.

Classes are taught in private lessons so the student gets one on one attention.
Mon. 5:00 pm - 8:45 pm
Tues 4:00 pm - 6 pm
Weds 5pm - 8:45
Thurs. 4:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Sat. 9:00 am - 12 pm
Kids Group - Mon. 6:30 - 7:15 and Weds 6:30-7:15
Adult Group - Mon 8-8:45
Open Group - Sat. 10:30 - 11:15
Kid sparring- Mon. 7:15-8 and Weds. 7:15-8
Adult sparring- Weds 8-8:45
