This is an old school kenpo dojo with training in hundreds of self-defense scenarios. They offer a children's program, but kids and adults never mix. The training is primarily based on encounters that adults would face in the real world, and solutions to those encounters.
It is a full spectrum martial art, offering striking, kicking, grappling, sparring, katas, weapons and yoga.
