Concord hidden gem martial arts training affordable for everyone

You can't beat $40 a month. You can choose between Aikido, Jujistu, or get fit with combat conditioning. It's not as intimidating as it may sound. It's just that Sensei Derek Baure combines his knowledge of martial arts with is degree in kinesiology to develop a fun class to get a good workout and basic self-defense!
