Training @ Tony Passos BJJ has been one of the best Jiu Jitsu experiences i've had. The instruction is WORLD CLASS and the atmosphere @ Tony's gym is very welcoming & safe. To anyone who is from out of town or resides in Northern Virginia area, i recommend you stop by for a visit & take a class.
