I signed my 6 year old son up at Tong Dragon in February. He loves it. The staff is incredable. They are great with the kids. They teach much more than just martial arts. They teach respect, focus, self esteem as well. Signing up my son at Tong Dragon was a great decision. I even signed up myself.

This is by far the best MMA dojo around. The staff, alone, are all top notch instructors who keep members coming back because of their professionalism and the manner in which they teach. My children look forward to every single class! They make all children's classes fun, while teaching them lifelong skills. Additionally, my husband attends and has learned so much in the past two years. Highly recommended!!

If you are thinking about training There is no better place to be. This is not your typical Martial Arts School. It is not just a business. . . You become a part of a wonderful family. Over the past 7 years, Mr. Colon has been more than an instructor to myself and my daughter. He has helped her not only earn her Black Belt, but has been there to offer us both his support during difficult times. Mr. Colon & his instructors are so passionate & you become motivated to reach your goals. My daughter and I both take classes here. We find the staff to be knowledgable and caring. All the other students are awesome as well. Everyone is helpful. This is a great school that is worth a try!

The Owner/Instructor of the school is thorough with his teachings and breaking down training on Muay Thai. Always on top of everyone in class to make sure they are doing the best of their ability. I would recommend this school to anyone. Everyone is very nice and it's a great group of people. .

Tong Dragons MMA is a real MMA school. Its instructors teach outstanding technique, are professional, and promote the traditions of Muay Thai and BJJ as well as a team atmosphere. I would recommend Tong Dragon MMA to all, from the beginner to the Professional Fighter.
