You can be assured that participants will receive the highest quality of instruction. Tiger-Rock Martial Art Instructors are required to be certified and earn continuing education credits to keep up-to-date with the latest policies and teaching methods, ensuring safety and enhanced learning. Tiger-Rock Martial Arts International recommends that all Instructors in the academy maintain a current CPR and First Aid certification. Tiger-Rock Martial Arts also recommends academy owners conduct background checks on all annually-qualified Instructors and academy workers 18 years old or older. Academies place a high priority on protecting the safety of members.

Programs & Class Schedule
This academy operates as a program offered by the Spotsylvania County
Parks and Recreation Department. Our memberships are monthly, and there are no long-term contracts.
Tiger Cubs (Ages 3-5): The early development that occurs for children between the ages of 3-5 is crucial for building physical, social, and cognitive abilities. The Tiger-Rock Tiger-Cubs training program aids in this development through play-based action scenarios, staged physical challenges, and cognitive development drills. Students strengthen their ability to process instructions, focus on objectives, and interact amongst peers inside an energetic and fun martial arts based experience.
YOUTH (Ages 6-14): At Tiger Rock Martial Arts we instill discipline in our youth through a combination of a challenging physical curriculum with a realistic personal development system. We teach courage and compassion - the courage to go beyond their limits and the compassion for each other and their environment. Our youth will enhance their life skills and receive coaching that keeps them focused on goal setting, self-discipline and confidence. Sign your
