TigerLily Eastern Arts is a community of martial artists dedicated to learning the arts of Aikido, T'ai Chi & Escrima.
Head instructor & owner Teddie Linder has 15 years of experience in teaching the martial arts and over 20 years in practicing & learning. She holds 4th degree black belt rank in Aikido and is a recognized instructor in T'ai Chi & Qi Gong.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at TigerLily Eastern Arts:
Saturday mornings:
Youth Aikido: 9 am - 10 am
Ages 7-12
Adult Aikido 10 - 11:30 am
Ages 13 & up
T'ai Chi: 11:40 am - 12:30 pm
Ages 13 & up
Tuesday evenings:
T'ai Chi: 6:30 - 7:20 pm
Aikido or Escrima (alternate weeks): 7:30 - 8:30 pm
Wednesday evenings:
T'ai Chi: 6 - 7 pm
Escrima: 7 - 8 pm
Thursday evenings:
Aikido: 6:30 - 7:30 pm
T'ai Chi: 7:40 - 8:30 pm
