A positive place with intelligent instructors, this place truly teaches its students the fundamentals of martial arts. Parents will enjoy the learning and exercise in their children will experience in the after school programs. It is also the only facility that teaches boxing within the Sioux Falls area. The business has a mix of martial arts and fun fitness for any person. Most of all I enjoy getting to know the instructors, who are wonderful people that dedicate their time in helping individuals improve.
