Family environment, no bullshit martial arts

Small sized classes with personal attention.
The instructor Rick Metzler is an amazing martial artist, friendly and a straight shooter.
No one is going to put in a position where they are likely to get injured, but there is live sparring session every Friday.Everyone is friendly and willing to help.
Classes of Hawaiian Kempo, BJJ, and Doce Pares Escrima are available. Kids class are also available, some of the most disciplined kids I have ever seen.
Classes are personalized and motivating. The material taught is retained by the students and able to be built on and utilized in future classes.
