Than Phong emphasizes excellence in the practice of traditional martial arts. Our school teaches proper self-defense and personal fitness, and instills in our students the maturity, discipline, balance and strength required to be a highly successful and strong person both in Taekwondo and in life.
We enroll children from 3yrs of age and up.
Adult classes are separated.

The school is open from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday thru Friday.
Mon – Wed – Fri:
Children classes
4:00 – 5:00 PM
5:00 – 6:00 PM
6:00 – 7:00 PM
Adult classes
7:00 – 8:30 PM
Tue - Thu:
Children classes
4:00 – 5:00 PM
5:00 – 6:00 PM
6:00 – 7:00 PM
School Breaks Schedule:
Monday thru Friday:
Children classes: 6:00 – 7:15 PM
Adult classes: 7:15 – 8:30 PM
