Great school! I highly recommend for training, discipline, fitness and learning how to protect yourself. The instructor is very skilled and the self defense taught is very practical.
The instructor is an exceptional trainer and very skilled. His training methods and ability to deliver his instructions keeps everyone motivated. The physical conditioning is amazing. Also, the new training facility at 1003 SW E Ave. Lawton 73501, is excellent.
