Programs & Class Schedule
Tae Kwon Do:
M-F 5pm
Potential students of all ages and abilities can benefit from these classes. All that is required is a willingness to learn. Special classes are offered for children ages 3-6.
Combat Hapkido:
M-Th 7pm, Fri 6pm
Combat Hapkido is a modern, 100% self defense system designed for men, women and younger students aged 12 and over. It is highly recommended for law enforcement, military and security personnel. Women of all ages can also benefit from the practical self defense.
KungFu:
M-F 4pm
Healing Fist is a five animal or five family Kung Fu style, based on Southern Shaolin. It is an eclectic non-traditional style.
Tai Chi:
M-F 4pm
Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art that is primarily practiced for its health benefits, including a means for dealing with tension and stress.
*Also offered are classes for special needs.
