Awesome gym with great instructors. It's the best place in the area for Gracie Brazilian jiu jitsu. They also have great MMA and striking programs. My wife and I also enjoy the conditioning classes they have- unlimited conditioning comes with every membership! The gym is always a clean and friendly atmosphere- great for everyone.

I would highly recommend going to FVGC!!! The instructors are extremely knowledgable and excellent at demonstrating all the moves. I started training there about 9 months ago and absolutely love it there. I had no martial arts background before joining FVGC and I have to say I am 100% hooked!!! All the members of the club are very nice and are my second family. Also, the owners of the club keep the gym in excellent condition - the mats, changing rooms, and bathrooms are always clean.

If you want a place to seriously train good technique and get some great strength and conditioning, you need to come to FVGC! There is no other BJJ or MMA program like it in the Fox Valley. The instructors and team members are not only great at what they do, but they are great friends as well!

Soon, no one will be able to talk about Appleton without mentioning FVGC. It is producing well recognized MMA fighters and it is the only MMA/BJJ school north of Milwaukee worthy of admiration.
WE WENT TO ONE CLASS CAME FOR OUR SECOND CLASSS WE WERE GREETED AT THE DOOR BY THE OWNER JAMES HE TOLD US THAT HE WAS NOT GONNA TEACH OUR CHILD DUE TO MY BACK GROUND CHECK.YES I WENT TO PRISON OVER SIXTEEN YEARS AGO FOR DRUGS.I HAVE BEEN OUT FOR TEN YEARS NOW WITH OUT EVEN A TRAFFIC TICKET.I HAVE A SHAVED HEAD AND ON FACEBOOK ACCUSED ME AND MY WIFE OF BEING PART OF SOME WHITE SUPREMACY GROUP."TOTALLY FALSE"
WHEN WE DID SHOW UP FOR OUR FIRST APPOINTMENT THEY WERE 20 MINUTES LATE SO SINCE THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME THERE THEY RUSHED US OUT THE DOOR.MY SON WAS SO EXCITED ABOUT STARTING AND FOR THEM TO CRUSH HIM LIKE THEY DID WITH THEIR FALSE ACCUSATIONS WE WILL BE FINDING A TRUE STUDIO TO TAKE HIM TOO.
