Hello, my name is Joe Formica and in 2017 I started Team Zeal Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with the vision of bringing realistic martial arts training to my hometown of Fort Myers Florida. I dedicated the past 8 years of my life to learning, training, and coaching at Team Third Law; one of the top mixed martial art schools in the county.
