I started training with Roger Woo the first week of July. I had never had any martial arts training of any kind prior to joining Team Woo at the American Kenpo Academy. Roger creates a comfortable, fast paced and safe environment for all of his students to learn the proper techniques and strategies to fight like a real MMA fighter. I highly recommend Roger's facility to anyone who is remotely interested in training.

I've been training with Roger Woo, Head Instructor of Team Woo, for a year and a half. His instruction is top notch, both in Brazillian Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts. His workouts are demanding and challenging, but at the end of the session you feel like a completely different person. The team is still a relatively new team, formed early in 2011, but many have aspirations of fighting as mixed martial artists. That being said, the team is competitive, but not to the point of being 'bullies' to newer students. Everyone on the team helps everyone else out in whatever capacity they can, which in turn helps everyone meet their maximum potential. I enjoy being a part of Team Woo, and hope that we can expand our team in the future. Feel free to come down to the studio, which is located at 150A Nashua Rd in Londonderry, NH, for a free class. You won't regret it.

I have trained with Mr.Woo for years he is a great person on and off the mat and the guy knows his stuff!!! if your looking to train mma or bjj this is the place !!

I been training here for 5 months now, my technique is much improved and cardio keeps getting better. You will be able to challenge yourself in every aspect mind and body. I have lost 47 lbs. and counting. Members of Team Woo help each other, very friendly staff.
