I go to this school with all my friends it is a great place to get you focusing. When you go to this TKD school you feel like your being surrounded by friendly people. :) I would recommend this school. They have excellent epuipment for you to use.

My wife stumbled upon the Team US dojo one day trying to find an activity for my energetic, soon to be two year old son. While we realized that he was be too young at the time, we felt that it would be a great challenge for my shy, seven year old daughter. My daughter had done a little karate at the local YMCA, but found it to be boring and unorganized. After just three trial sessions with Master Jimmy, she was hooked. There were many other boys and girls her age all putting forth maximum effort. That alone motivated her to keep working hard.

Master Jimmy is not only a talented taekwondo master, but also has a unique way of combining fun and exercise to teach the skills necessary to help educate his students about the art of taekwondo. He believes in discipline, but also understands the importance of positive reinforcement in order to get the best from his students. No matter your age, belt ranking or experience, Master Jimmy treats everybody equally. His patience alone is a talent most admire beyond his skills and abilities.

My daughter has now been a part of Team US TKD for the past three months and my wife and I have already seen major improvements in her confidence. While our son still may be to young to join, he enjoys going to watch his sister's training. It's only a matter of time before he too is enrolled in Master Jimmy's classes. Team US TKD is not only a taekwondo dojo, but an awesome and welcoming family environment for all. Master Jimmy continues to teach the fundamentals that will help students succeed in and out of the dojo for the rest of their lives. EARNED, NEVER GIVEN!!

This is the best place to send your kids for martial arts.

Master Jimmy is young, energetic, and loves what he does because it shows in his teaching. He truly cares about the kids themselves, and the progress they make in his establishment. He teaches all the classes himself, and keeps his gym open all the time.

For example, during winter break where the kids had no school for the whole week he was only closed on Christmas Day. Many other establishments close when schools close, and take two weeks vacation in the summer.

My son has been training for a total of 4 years, but has only been part of Team US Taekwondo for 2 years. When comparing Martial Art centers in the area I can only say meet with each Master, and you will see the difference right away with who cares about the art of training verses just the business. We switched centers right away after doing one trial class because my son loved it and was challenged.

As a family we love Team US Taekwondo because my son really feels part of a team.

We know most of the families and the children who attend the center which are all wonderful people.

If you are looking for an extra curricular activity for you children, please stop in and visit Team US TaeKwonDo.

I am fortunate that my son absolutely loves TaeKwonDo but I am also happy that the skills that he has developed from these classes translates into school and everyday life. The classes are taught by Master Jimmy. He has a warm personality but more importantly he is very nurturing with all of his students. Aside from learning the art of TaeKwonDo, Master Jimmy teaches his students focus, confidence, discipline and patience (which we all know our children could use more of). There is also a sense of comradery between the students. There is a true feeling of "family" here.

If you are not sure how your children will like the classes, I urge you to call and speak to Maria. She will answer any questions that you may have. They also have promotions that allow you to take 3 trial classes without any commitments.

Two things that I would also like to point out. ..

1) I was pleasantly surprised to see how many female students are enrolled here. So if you have a daughter that is interested, but was worried that it would be mostly boys. ..this is the place to that her.

2) my son has grown so much in all areas since taking classes with Master Jimmy. He is always excited and looks forward to going to class. If he could go every single day. ...he would!

I have two energetic kids - one girl 8 years old and one boy 6 years old. My kids use to go to another school closer to home but they lost interest quickly and not to mention they weren't learning anything. Taekwondo is not about just learning forms and moves but it is also a combination of using proper etiquette, justice, respect and self-confidence. My kids have been in this school for 1 1/2 years and I see that they have instilled these strengths in them already. Master Jimmy is young but professional and really pays attention and understands kids. He makes it fun and safe but at the same time knows how to discipline the kids when needed. My kids love going and look forward to going each and every time!

After I saw the type of training my kids were having I decided to try the adult kickboxing/Cardio/Strength/conditioning classes. It has almost been a year now and let me tell you the classes are intense but fun and really work both your mind and body. I feel great and look forward to his classes as well!

We found out about this place through my son's classmate at school. We took 3 trial lessons and we immediately knew this IS where we would like to be. Master Jimmy is patient, friendly and knowledgeable. He is great with kids and he absolutely knows how to ease their fear into learning something new. He also always make sure kids have sufficient warm-up exercise to prevent injuries. Besides the physical training part of Taekwondo, kids also learn about respect, discipline and perseverance through the art of Taekwondo. The dojo is very specious, extremely clean and well-kept. We hosted our son's birthday party here and as a result, 4 kids enjoyed their experience so much that they ended up enrolling here as well. I would definitely highly recommend this school to anyone who's interested in learning Taekwondo!

Team US TaeKwonDo has been such a pleasure to be a part of since I enrolled my son in early 2016. The teacher of the school, Master Jimmy, acts in a professional manner, yet is very down to earth and easy to talk to. He is extremely proficient in his TaeKwonDo skills, and takes great pride in how he passes those skills on to his students. He not only teaches the physical side of TaeKwonDo, but recognizes the importance of the discipline aspect as well. My son always looks forward to going to class, not only to see his friends, but to learn new moves and techniques. Master Jimmy is very friendly, available to answer any questions you may have, and makes going there enjoyable for both my son and I. If you’re looking for a martial arts school that not only encourages the physical training involved with TaeKwonDo, but also instills respect, friendship, and comradery, then this is the school for you.

From the first time I walked into Team U. S. TKD it felt the perfect place for my children, ages four and seven, and the flexibility made things easy on my wife and I. The staff is fantastic and even stayed open an hour after closing to answer all my questions.

The contracts are priced fairly and when I took into account the fantastic service and training the classes were well worth it and then some.

Master Jimmy is a pure professional, and a well-experienced teacher. My children love his teaching style and they both have more discipline and confidence in themselves than ever before, and it has only been a few months! I can't imagine the change I will see in them when the year is over, and I won't be surprised if they want to sign up for another -- my wife and I would be more than happy to sign them up again.

I highly recommend parents in the area to check out this school, they will be glad they did!
