Team US TaeKwonDo has been founded by Master Jimmy Cribelar, who began his Tae Kwon Do training in the year of 1997. Master Jimmy Cribelar participated and sparred in the NY State Championships and has won 16 times from 1999-2015 as a gold medalist. In 2000, he was the gold medalist in the Manhattan Invitational Championship and then went on to being the gold medalist for world class sparring at various competitions such as US Grand Prix Championships ’02, US Gold Cup Championship ’03, US CUP ’05, New York Open ’06 and more.
Master Jimmy Cribelar specializes in training students for world class sparring and competitions. He was awarded “BEST Male Athlete of the Year” at the 2007 Champions Open. In 2008, he made the AAU National Championship Team Trials as a Junior Male Lt. Middle and was the silver medalist in the AAU Junior Olympic Games.
As a member of the AAU National Team, Master Jimmy Cribelar went on to compete in domestic and international competitions. In 2010, he was the semifinalist in the Spanish Open in Alicante, Spain for the AAU Senior Team.
Not only is he recognized in Tri-state area, he is also a recognized athlete and competitor in the Mid-Atlantic area as well. Just this past year, Master Jimmy Cribelar won gold in XXI Big East Taekwondo Championships and was yet again awarded “BEST Male Athlete of the Year”. Recently he has also attended and participated in the Kukkiwon Open 2015 and won gold.
As a teacher of Taekwondo, Master Jimmy Cribelar trains his students to be the best and to do their best in everything they do.
