Team Torque Martial Arts, Inc. is a Nonprofit program that trains kids, teens, and adults to be well rounded and highly skillful martial artists.
In a safe and positive atmosphere, Team Torque teaches the values of cooperation, self-discipline, self-control, and self-respect as well as respect for others and for life.
The end result is that we improve physical health and safety, mental health and overall confidence which translates to competence in all areas of our students lives, not just martial arts.

Programs & Class Schedule

*** CLASSES FOR KIDS 5-13 YEARS OLD (Individual and Family rates)
Kids classes start with basic martial arts skills through practice and tournaments. They emphasize, along with skill development, the attitudes, morals and discipline associated with true martial arts.
KIDS 5-8 YRS. OLD : Tuesday & Friday @5 p.m.
KIDS 9-13 YRS. OLD : Tuesday & Friday @6 p.m.
*** CLASSES FOR TEENS AGES 14+ AND ADULTS
TEENS 14+ & ADULTS : Tuesday & Friday 7p.m. (Individual and Family rates)
This class focuses on "real life fighting skills" and tournament fighting skills. Practical as well as sport related techniques are taught.
*** SELF DEFENSE & SELF PROTECTION CLASSES
WOMEN'S ACTIVE SELF PROTECTION (WASP)

Situational awareness, how to handle the emotional stress of confrontation, and practical techniques that work when you have to defend yourself.
