Team Martial Arts Institute

Team Martial Arts Institute was established in the early 1980's and was located at 340 San Juan Grade rd. in Salinas Ca. for the last 14 years. Are new location is 8043 San Miguel Cyn rd. Prundale, Ca. In the Prundale Shopping Center. Our business hours are from 5:00pm to 8:30pm Monday through Friday and Saturday 8:45am- 12:30pm.

M.A.I. offers separate classes for both children, and adults. We teach the arts of American Kenpo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Cardio Kick Boxing and Zumba Fitness .

The goal of Martial Arts Institute is to build character along with establishing confidence, determination and self-discipline.
