My son 15 years old does it and love it, great environment and great instructors!
As a new student at Team Link I didn’t know what to expect walking in the door. But from the minute I walked in everyone was really welcoming. The coaches are hands on and the students are willing to help teach new students like myself. I highly recommend Team Link if your looking for a place to learn self defense or even to get in shape.
