My daughter was very shy and did not like ANY form of exercise before she joined the Taylor’s House of Karate community. I used to have to force her to do anything physical. At Taylor’s, she has completely transformed! She feels so comfortable and accepted there, and she has made progressing in karate one of her main goals. I never have to tell her she has to go to class. She is usually the one begging me to make sure she can get there. It has given her confidence, given her a place she feels she belongs and has gotten her into excellent physical shape. Now, her mom has joined the adult classes and is loving every minute, too! The instructors and the whole community are just the very best!!!
