Brazilian Jiu jitsu classes at Extreme Fitness of Martinsburg,WV. Taught by Derek English, a purple belt with 7 years experience. He is an active competitor and Champion of Grapplers Quest Beast of the East and holds a 2nd place finish at Copa Nova in 2012. He also won a gi and no gi super fight in Feb 2013. Derek trained at the olympic training center for wrestling while in the Army. Affliated with Tatu BJJ and Misfits MMA of Winchester,Va.
