I may be young but i find that Tao Sports is kind of like a secon home for me. It haskept me in shape for the past 3 1/2 - 4 years. I have achieved my 1st degree blackbelt by using what i have learned. I have been able to build self confidence and many other skills. I am glad i decited to go to Tao Sports.
