Perfect for self improvement

Tama helped my kids, my wife, and myself. We started learning kenpo together, amd eventually started muay thai kickboxing and bjj as well. Master manuel taningco is more than just a master martial artist, he is a genius when it comes to self defense. If anyone is looking for a new hobby, a place for their child to learn and grow, or to learn how to defend yourself, then I highly recommend Taningco Academy of Martial Arts.
