The instruction at this school was at one time a top notch school, but in the last decade it has lost so much of its validity. The instructors are now nothing more than glorified aerobic instructors,but yet they tout that that they are the best school around. They stopped teaching self defense in the 90's early 2000's. Now, however, they are a mere shell of what they once were or perceived themselves to be. If you are looking for a school that teaches self defense, my advice is to look else where for that type of instruction.
