A fun and rewarding place to to learn Tai Chi

Tai Chi class with Elisa makes me feel light, energetic and calm at the same time. All the worries are vanished and the body is very grateful for an hour of "meditation in motion". Elisa is experienced teacher, constructive, gentle with corrections and makes the exercise to be fun and healing experience. If you have any doubts whether this class is for you, give it a try and I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
