Tae Park Rodgers Institute is a traditional taekwondo martial art that originated in Korea with self-defense as the core of all practices. This martial art is about self-defense, self-discipline, inner strength and endurance. In class stretching exercises and body balance. You also learn blocking, kicking, and punching techniques for defense.
