Mr. Roy was a large part of my structure and technique at an early age. The skillset and abilities I learned from his school when it was in Tampa has 100% transcended into my life as a man. I am an active mix martial artist with exposure to Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jutsu, and Wrestling. But everything I learned with Mr. Roy with my technique has set me apart my entire journey. In competition and in life. I highly recommend this school.
