A great place to learn how to defend yourself and stay in shape

This school is the best. They moved out of the Harrisburg area. But have Locations in Florida, Georgia, Virginia, Arizona and soon a new location opening in North Carolina.
The school is more than techniques. Its about theory, science, and practicality. which makes everything a part of you rather than something to remember.
