Our facility is a large state-of-the-art complex. Air-conditioned with bathrooms/showers to clean up after a hard workout. Atmosphere is laid back with many different levels of instruction. Students are welcomed to bring friends and family to a free course. We encourage all shapes, sizes and ages to participate.
The instructor has a black belt and 9 years of Goju-Ryu karate experience under the training of Sensei Larioza. She also trains with Ryan Fiorenzi, the highest ranked black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Michigan.
