Sensei Frank is an excellent teacher. He has a firm grasp on true Okinawan Karate. Classes are fun, challenging, and progress at a student's own pace. The Matsumura Seito Suiken Bugeikai that Sensei is a part of is one of the most supportive and friendly groups out there. If you are looking for true old school karate in TN this is the place to be!
