TRAIN BJJ & Special Operations Fitness (SOF) is a Shebaro Jiu-Jitsu affiliate. Ricky Ward is the owner of TRAIN and is ranked as a brown belt in BJJ under Rob Ables of Marcelo Garcia Dallas in Dallas, TX.
Classes include Adult and kids' Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kids' MMA & conditioning, Women's Fitness kickboxing, Muay Thai, & Special Operations Fitness (SOF). We are located in the back (lower level) of the City Square shopping plaza in Hendersonville, TN. Just look for the set of glass doors to the left of the main office, go down the hall, and take a left. We are at the end of that hall.

Programs & Class Schedule
Kids are welcome ages 5 and up as well as adults.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is with a gi. No-gi is with rash guard/t-shirt and board shorts.
All kickboxing requires wrist wraps, boxing gloves, and shin/instep pads.
Special Operations Fitness is typical athletic wear and running shoes.
